These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FleetForce website and mobile application (the "Services") operated by FleetForce ("FleetForce", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content, to harass or harm others, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data without permission, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job listings they post, and job seekers are solely responsible for the information in their profiles and applications. FleetForce is a platform that connects employers and job seekers and does not guarantee employment, the accuracy of any listing, or the conduct of any user. Any hiring decision and employment relationship is strictly between the employer and the job seeker.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant FleetForce a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from FleetForce, which may include notifications, reminders, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
We may send transactional emails that are necessary to operate your account, and, where you have consented, promotional emails that you can opt out of at any time.
Certain features may be offered as paid packages. Fees, billing terms, and any applicable taxes will be presented to you before purchase. Unless required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by FleetForce or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetForce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FleetForce and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FleetForce is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
